Meet your Hot Yoga Instructor - Feroze Khan
Founder of Feroze Yoga & European Yoga Institute Germany
Feroze was born and raised in Pune, India. He grew up in modest circumstances, living in tough condition taught him the way of life. Just by watching Legendary BKS Iyengar’s Yoga teaching technique, reading books and through his 5 senses he picked up the art & science of teaching Yoga and learned Hot Yoga directly under the founder of the Bikram Yoga college of India Los Angeles, California USA.
Feroze toyed with the idea of becoming a Bollywood movie star or a famous Indian cricket player. But not too bad, he became a well known & respected Yoga teacher, teaching this life-changing practice to Yogis professionally for 30+ years and operating Yoga studios successfully in Frankfurt, Brussels & USA.
His one mission in life: to leverage his lifelong knowledge & mastery of Yoga to bring health and healing around the world.

What is Feroze Yoga?
Original Hot Yoga is a series of 26 yoga postures & 2 breathing exercises taught in 60 and 90-minute classes. Each pose is a challenge based on personal abilities. The postures are done in the safe environment of a heated room so that deep stretch can relieve the body’s resistance without the risk of injury. This original hot yoga has been widely featured in the press for many years, renowned for its miraculous healing ability.
By the End of your class, you’ll have worked every muscle, tendon, joint, ligament, internal organ & gland while systematically delivering oxygenated blood to 100% of your body. The result is restoration of health to all body systems. As you increase your strength, flexibility, and balance, you will eliminate the many effects of stress created by a fast-paced lifestyle.
