Feroze Yoga is the sequence of the Original Hot authentic 26 Hatha Yoga postures (Bikram Series) combined with Pranayama and Kapalbhati breathing exercises practiced in the safe environment of a heated room to look as all features of life, pleasure as well as pain with acceptance and tranquillity. By the end of class, you will have worked every part of your body while systematically oxygenating your body restoring your health to all body system.

This sequence is taught in a similar way as a traditional Feroze-Yoga class. Same breathing, timing, and static Hatha yoga holds. Practiced in a heated room for 60 minutes enough to complete 26 Postures from Bikram Series.

First Time Yogis
Original Hot Yoga is a series of 26 yoga postures & 2 breathing exercises taught in 60 and 90-minute classes. Each pose is a challenge based on personal abilities. The postures are done in the safe environment of a heated room to enable deep stretch without the risk of injury.
So you don’t injure yourself!
In a warm room the muscles are soft, pliable, and easier to stretch, so you flow through the class without injury.
A good analogy is a blacksmith: When going to reshape metal, he heats it up so he can mold and shape it without breaking it.
Every class is a beginner’s class, so all are welcome! Our teachers are trained to teach anyone, from regular practitioners to beginning students.
For the best results, a minimum of 10 classes in the first 30 days is suggested
Our teachers will guide you with compassion and respect and are here to assist you on your journey. Classes begin and end promptly on time, so you must be on time, late comers will not be admitted.

Before Class
Always sign in at the front desk.
Leave mobile phones (on silent) with personal belongings in the changing rooms or designated areas away from your mat in the yoga room.
Make the teacher aware of any injuries or concerns that may affect your practice.
Enter the room quietly as many students use this time to meditate before the class begins.
First-time students should arrive 20 minutes before the class begins for registration.

During Class
Your goal is to stay in the room for the entire class. If an emergency requires you to leave, please re-enter between postures.
Bring water only to class. The teacher will announce designated water breaks.
Practice stillness between postures & focus on only yourself in the mirror.
Honor the silence of the room by moving quietly and not talking.

After Class
Continue to observe silence after final savasana.
Leave the room quietly out of respect for others.
Enjoy the benefits you’ve gained from class. Remember consistency of practice is recommended, so make up your mind to come back tomorrow!
